ABOUT US
We are located just next to the sea, in a peaceful coastal village of Petrcane, Croatia.
Our small vacation home is divided into two apartments, studio (2+1) and family (2+2) apartment with separate entrances, terraces and private parking.

With pebbly and rocky beach just in front of the house and beautiful sea view
stay at our apartment offers you unique relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy your days on a spacious outdoor terrace with dinning table and sun loungers, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and comfortable breeze from the sea.

Petrcane has become a popular tourist destination thanks to its beautiful beaches, clear waters, fragrant pine trees and mild Mediterranean climate.
It is only 10km away from historical cities of Zadar and Nin and it's position at the northern part of Dalmatia makes it very suitable for visiting other towns and cities in the region, as well as some of the local islands and National Parks.

Studio apartment Puntica is a one-bedroom apartment with queen sized bed, bathroom with shower and small kitchen with dining and seating area. It is decorated in bright colors and provides a flat-screen TV, free WiFi​ and air condition, outdoor barbecue and private parking on site.
​The pull out sofa in the front can be used for accommodating a 3rd person.
Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, electric stove top, complete dinning set, kettle for boiling water and other utensils. We provide fresh towels and clean sheets.
Our small but charming studio offers you the relaxation you need, far from the city crowds. Guests especially love to spend their days on the terrace, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and a beautiful sea view!

Family apartment Puntica is a two bedroom apartment that consists of one bedroom with queen sized bed, one bedroom with a pull out sofa for two, kitchen with dinning area and a bathroom with shower. Kitchen is equipped with basic: refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, complete dining set. There is a flat screen TV in the bedroom and free Wifi in all areas.
You can spend your days outdoors, on a spacious terrace looking at the sea and beautiful Mediterranean plants all around. There are sun loungers at your disposal.
This apartment is still missing air condition, but since we are positioned right by the sea, there is very little need for one.

Make a one day trip to Dugi Otok and take a swim in one of the most beautiful sandy beach in Croatia called Sakarun or visit the Island of Pag, famous for it's lace making, cheese, salt production and nightlife.

Historical cities of Zadar and Nin are located only 10 km away from Petrcane. You can stroll down the streets of Zadar's Old town, visit the famous Church of St. Donatus, and Roman Forum or pay a visit to the many churches of Nin and make a wish by rubbing The Gregory of Nin’s toe.
